As Module Solutions Technology Leader, you will head the Avenza Technology Team for Modules at the Avenza Plant and drive growth across cultural, technological, and operational excellence. You will oversee early-stage project activities, from quotation to risk review, and shape constructability and fabrication/operations specifications. You’ll pioneer manufacturing methods for safe, high-quality execution while steering continuous-improvement and digital initiatives. The role blends NPD support, affiliate collaboration, and plant-wide performance improvement with a focus on HSE and value creation.

Responsibilities

- Lead early-stage projects including offer creation, quotation and risk review during ITO phase
- Oversee constructability reviews and release fabrication, construction and operations specifications
- Develop and implement manufacturing methods, procedures and cycles focused on safety and quality
- Support continuous improvement and digital growth initiatives at EE Manufacturing level
- Drive lessons learned at project and product levels and address production non-conformities
- Promote interdependence of HSE and Quality and ensure compliance with standards




- Define and monitor KPIs to meet operational objectives and pursue cost savings
- Support New Product Development and New Energy Solution projects at EE level and deploy at the plant
- Collaborate with universities for talent development and technology growth
- Enhance plant visibility and attractiveness through external and internal engagement
- Improve overall product quality

Qualifications

- 10+ years in technical or construction roles for EPS or module solutions construction
- MSc Engineering or technical background with manufacturing/field experience
- Strong health, safety and environmental awareness
- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and implement solutions
- Experience working effectively across functions in a global matrix
- Industry 4.0 familiarity and mindset
- Fluency in English and Italian; EU work permit
