Amazon is seeking an ICQA Area Manager to lead inventory control and quality assurance at our fulfillment center in Italy. You will supervise hourly associates and team leads, coordinate stock checks, and ensure accuracy across receiving, counting, picking, packing and shipping processes.

You will analyze KPIs, drive continuous improvement with the operations team, mentor managers, and uphold safety and SOX compliance while aligning with network strategies.
