Advisory Sales Specialist

The successful candidate will join our sales team and contribute to delivering a high-level shopping
experience while supporting the activities of our stores. We are looking for someone who can represent the values of COI Florence with professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong customer-oriented approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- welcoming and assisting customers throughout every stage of the sales process;
- providing personalized advice in the selection of jewelry;
- ensuring an outstanding level of service for both Italian and international customers;
- maintaining the presentation and display of products;
- handling cash register operations;
- supporting inventory and stock management activities;
- collaborating with the team to achieve sales objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or retail.
- Excellent command of the English language (C1/C2 level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Availability to work on weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury retail sector.
- Experience in online order management and customer care.
- Knowledge of a second foreign language.
