The candidate will be responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of technical systems within construction projects. Solid experience in the technical management of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems is required, with a focus on efficiency and safety.

Responsibility

- Design and supervision of the installation of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within buildings under construction.
- Coordination with the technical office and other professionals involved in the project to ensure the systems integrate with the building.
- Carrying out checks and tests on systems, ensuring they comply with safety and energy efficiency regulations.
- Management of system-related issues during construction and maintenance phases.




- Assistance in the design of plant systems, offering optimal technical solutions.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automation Engineering, Plant Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in installing and managing electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.
- Knowledge of plant design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP).
- Good technical analysis skills, with attention to detail and safety.
