SAINT LAURENT Client Development Manager

In this role you will drive client engagement and CRM initiatives across the EMEA region, supporting a customer-centric retail network. You collaborate with regional teams, merchandising, and stores to tailor actions to local client behaviors within guidelines. Your work aims to optimize performance, retention, and recruitment through data-driven insights, events, and personalized experiences. This position offers the chance to shape clienteling programs and elevate loyalty for a premium luxury brand.

- Analyze customer behaviors and market dynamics to generate actionable recommendations for regional performance and loyalty
- Initiate and execute CRM actions for various client segments across markets
- Coordinate database selection and calendar planning with regional teams for proactive outreach
- Support clienteling actions and events with financial projections, target selection, and post-event evaluation




- Collaborate with internal and external partners to plan client activations and experiences
- Arrange personalized gifts and experiences for clients within guidelines
- Develop Elite business by upgrading lower-tier clients through close collaboration with VIC Manager
- Provide in-store training and coaching on Clienteling skills
- Explore partnerships for client activations recruitment
- Interact proactively with top Elite clients to build loyalty and support the retail team
- Market intelligence reporting on competitors' clienteling actions
- 3-5 years of experience in clienteling or CRM in luxury
- Excellent English and local language proficiency
- Strong organization and time management
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Retail experience, ideally in a management role
