Overview: Inside the Global Application and Processes Department for MMKT, BD, Distribution HR this position reports to the Global delivery manager and is focused on Projects management and operations for Marketing solutions. brScopra di più sui compiti quotidiani, le responsabilità generali e l'esperienza richiesta per questa possibilità scorrendo subito verso il basso. brDevelop and deliver digital transformation solutions, following cutting edge standards and technologies; brDrive innovation and digital efficiency by integrating AI tools and technologies into project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and operations. brOptimisation and automation of business processes and the application landscape; brSupport existing business applications within the scope of application lifecycle management in coordination with the Business Solution Design team. brPromoting and encouraging the Innovations; brProject Management: brFull lifecycle management of business solution projects; brInnovation: brScout software and technologies to update ICT competencies; brAI Integration Strategy: Implement AI solutions to optimize project management, SDLC, and operational efficiency. brOversee ICT service quality, SOP compliance, and system integration, including: brSLA-based incident and ticket management; brFunctional and data change service requests; brAvailability monitoring and tool maintenance. brMaintain CMDB data for software solutions; brBachelor or Master degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering brEnglish language: Intermediate level brProfessional experience:



br~3+ years relevant professional experience in a comparable position with focus on project management activities in an international company with a complex structure or in a consulting company brProject management fundamentals brProven experience with AI tools and technologies brSoftware development lifecycle (UR analysis, Development, testing, deploy)brExperience on Database and SQL brExperience with Salesforce brAgile development methodology brData/processes integration between applications. brbrThe selected candidate will be employed under Category C in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree N.
