President – Southern Europe
QLM Search is partnering with a leading branded food manufacturer to appoint a President – Southern Europe.
This is a high-impact executive appointment for a transformational leader to shape the future of a significant regional business. Reporting directly to a key member of the Global Exec, the President will have full accountability for business performance, EBITDA growth, and the successful integration of multiple operating businesses into one aligned, high-performing organisation.
The successful candidate will lead a multi-year transformation programme, creating a unified operating model, strengthening organisational capability, and embedding a culture of commercial and operational excellence.
Working closely with the International Leadership Team, the President will accelerate EBITDA performance through organisational integration, productivity improvement, commercial discipline, and operational simplification, while positioning the business for sustainable international growth.
This is a highly visible executive leadership role requiring an individual who combines strategic vision with disciplined execution and a proven ability to lead complex change at pace.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished senior executive with a proven track record of leading transformation within the food manufacturing sector.
You will bring:
- Significant P&L; leadership experience within a complex manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable success leading large-scale business integration and organisational transformation programmes.
- A strong track record of delivering sustainable EBITDA improvement and profitable growth.
- Deep commercial, operational and financial leadership capability.
- Experience operating successfully within an international matrix organisation.
- The ability to influence and inspire at Board, Executive and customer level.
- A collaborative leadership style with the resilience and credibility to lead change across a complex business.
- Fluent Italian and English are mandatory.
