Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you drive new OEM chiller business in the EMEIA territory by leading the sales team and delivering value through technical and commercial partnership. You will develop market opportunities, draft technical offers, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales and profit goals. You’ll train and coach a regional team, aligning actions with the company’s refrigeration portfolio and strategic objectives. This is an international, hands‑on role with travel, offering growth and performance incentives.

- Direct the sales force to achieve sales and profit goals through market penetration
- Analyze market potential for new products and applications
- Identify opportunities with existing customers and acquire new customers to meet strategic objectives
- Manage multiple areas and adapt sales goals and procedures per Area
- Prepare and review contract terms using standard templates
- Draft technical offers
- Evaluate and implement new sales techniques to increase volume
- Develop and maintain a competent workforce through training, coaching, and goal setting
- Business English knowledge
- Solid knowledge of process cooling management with ability to support and train OEMs in the field
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Third language knowledge (Spanish or German) is a plus, but not essential
