Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you will lead OEM chiller sales in the EMEIA region, driving new customer acquisition and order growth while adding value through technical and commercial partnerships. You will guide a sales team, collaborate with cross-functional peers, and report to the Sales Manager OEM Chiller. The position requires engaging with customers, drafting offers, and shaping sales strategies to meet objectives in a dynamic, international setting.

- Direct the sales force to achieve sales and profit goals through market penetration
- Analyze market potential for new products and applications
- Identify opportunities with existing customers and acquire new customers to meet objectives




- Manage multiple sales areas and tailor goals/approach per area
- Prepare and review contract terms using standard templates
- Draft technical offers
- Evaluate and implement sales techniques to increase volume
- Develop and maintain a competent workforce through training, coaching, and setting goals
- Business English knowledge
- Travel in the assigned Territory (flexible)
- Solid knowledge of process cooling management to support OEMs in the field
- Spanish or German language knowledge considered a plus
