You will contribute to a next-generation, scalable frontend platform built with TypeScript and React to empower millions of users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, uphold coding standards, and help shape a high-performance UI foundation. You will evaluate new frontend technologies and design scalable, modular systems. You will own features end-to-end, including testing and observability, delivering fast, accessible interfaces. This is a dynamic, hybrid environment with meaningful impact on a growing financial platform.

- Enforce frontend coding standards and design patterns
- Contribute to the technical vision for a scalable, high-performance UI platform
- Evaluate and select modern frontend technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Design scalable,



modular systems that support evolving business requirements
- 3-5 years of frontend development experience with a track record of delivering web applications
- Experience with design systems and component libraries (Storybook, Headless UI, Tailwind CSS)
- Knowledge of modern frontend build systems (Vite, Rollup, Nx/Turborepo) and APIs (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets)
- Ownership of production Node.js applications, observability/logging, and testing (unit/integration/E2E)
- Performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching)
