As Global Brand Manager you will shape the strategy and P&L; for assigned licensed eyewear brands from the Padua HQ. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts across product development, marketing, and licensing to drive growth, collections, and GTM initiatives. You’ll manage partnerships with licensors, oversee lifecycle management of collections, and monitor performance to protect profitability. This role offers international scope, high visibility, and the chance to influence brand futures in collaboration with diverse teams.

- Define brand strategy aligned with company and licensor objectives and oversee P&L; performance
- Manage licensing agreements and act as primary liaison between licensors and Safilo throughout the contract lifecycle
- Oversee collections: briefs, selection, pricing, forecasts, selling tools, and lifecycle management
- Develop annual marketing plans using market feedback and distribution strategies to drive growth
- Administer product collections: briefs, selection,
pricing, ranking, lifecycle
- Monitor sales, business plans, and marketing spend; identify risks and steer actions to hit targets
- Provide strategic direction for distribution and financial objectives
- Lead special projects with cross-functional coordination and successful implementation
- Drive GTM tools and initiatives with training support and clear product communication
- 5+ years in Marketing and/or Brand Management
- English: excellent written and spoken skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
- Solid understanding of P&L; and profitability/margin analysis
- Strong marketing planning capabilities and knowledge of KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork ability across multiple projects
- Motivated to work in a dynamic, international environment
