Experteer Overview

As ICQA Area Manager, you will lead inventory control, quality assurance, and issue resolution within a fast-paced fulfillment center. You will collaborate with Operations and support teams to ensure accurate processes and customer satisfaction. You will monitor KPIs, perform data-driven analyses, and drive continuous improvements in inventory integrity. This role offers the opportunity to shape efficiency, safety, and team development in a high-impact logistics environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead and supervise hourly Associates, Team Leads, and Data Analysts in inventory control and quality assurance
- Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment
- Coordinate inventory control and problem-solving operations according to network strategies and SOX compliance
- Plan shifts and forecast workload, assign and direct work




- Oversee process improvements to increase quality and productivity
- Review KPIs and perform quality analysis affecting inventory integrity and customer experience
- Develop and train center managers and associates, contributing to talent growth
- Provide handovers and ensure continuity between shifts

Responsabilità

- University degree or equivalent experience in operations management
- Experience in data analysis and understanding data sets and tools
- Proficiency in local language and English (spoken and written)
- Advanced MS Office, especially Excel
- Previous experience leading teams
