Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities. /ph3Summary /h3pThe Field Market Access Modeller Specialist develops and adapts health economic models and generates regional-and hospital-specific HEOR evidence to support government affairs and market access activities (dossier preparation, tenders) across Italian regions. This role combines strong technical modelling expertise with field market access support to demonstrate product value to payers and institutional stakeholders. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliBuild, adapt and validate health economic models (e.g. CUA, BIM, cost-effectiveness)



using Microsoft Excel /liliPerform sensitivity and scenario analyses to support regional and hospital access and tender strategies /liliTranslate clinical and economic data into clear and transparent value dossier. /liliAdapt global HEOR models and value narratives to Italian national, regional and local needs /liliSupport regional and local market access activities, including dossier submissions and institutional discussions /liliCollaborate with Medical, Marketing and Sales teams and present evidence to external stakeholders /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster’s degree (or higher) in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics or a related field /lili3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in health economic modelling and HEOR /liliStrong knowledge of the Italian healthcare system and regional access processes /liliAdvanced Excel skills with strong analytical and communication abilities /liliEnglish knowledge is required, written and spoken /li /ulh3Reasonable Accommodation /h3pVantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
