pWe are working with a market leading insurance Broker seeking an legal graduate in Milan. It is entering an exciting period of exponential growth. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the MA insurance industry. /ppbr / /ppstronguAbout the role: /u /strong /ppbr / /ppAs an Analyst in the broking team on transactional insurance deals, the MA Analyst will support MA processes in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to MA and corporate transactions. /ppbr / /ppstronguResponsibilities include: /u /strong /ppbr / /pulliAnalysing MA documents, including financial statements and purchase agreements /liliAssisting with drafting insurance quotes, binders, and policies /liliDirectly supporting senior underwriters on live MA deals /liliManaging a consistent pipeline of MA deal flow by updating the team with MA deal statistics, reviewing/executing NDAs,



and utilizing the team’s IT/operating systems to ensure smooth administration of MA deals /liliEngaging and communicating with insurance brokers, lawyers, and investment managers. /liliAttending industry events, networking opportunities and team outings /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguAbout you: /u /strong /ppbr / /ppIndustry experience is welcome, but not necessary.
