ppbContract Type: Contractbr/Day Rate: 601 USD /b /p h3Overview /h3 pEnergy Jobline is supporting a major international energy infrastructure programme and is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities across a large‑scale energy project. /p pThe role will focus on ensuring that all engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and operational activities comply with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and international quality frameworks. /p h3The Role /h3 pReporting to the Project General Manager, the QA/QC Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the project Quality Management System (QMS) across both onshore and offshore project activities. /p pThe position will oversee inspection, testing, documentation control, and quality compliance across multiple contractors and project phases, ensuring a consistent and effective quality approach throughout the project lifecycle. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement the Project Quality Plan and Quality Management System in line with international standards such as ISO 9001, API, and ASME /li liEnsure quality procedures are applied throughout engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning activities /li liCoordinate internal and external quality audits, including certification and surveillance audits /li liReview and approve contractor and vendor quality documentation including Inspection Test Plans, welding procedures, NDT procedures, and FAT/SAT plans /li liEstablish and manage systems for tracking non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective or preventive actions /li liOversee inspection and testing activities across structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and coating scopes /li liCoordinate third‑party inspections,



vendor surveillance, and site QA/QC teams across fabrication yards, offshore facilities, and equipment suppliers /li liEnsure calibration and certification of inspection tools and testing equipment /li liProvide QA/QC oversight during offshore installation, load‑out, hook‑up, commissioning, and start‑up phases /li liManage quality documentation and ensure traceability of records within project quality dossiers and manufacturing record books /li liLead and mentor QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and coordinators across multiple project locations /li liLiaise with client representatives, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with project requirements /li /ul h3Skills Experience /h3 ul liStrong experience managing quality systems for large‑scale energy or infrastructure projects /li liIn‑depth knowledge of international quality standards and inspection frameworks /li liExperience managing QA/QC across engineering, fabrication, offshore installation, and commissioning phases /li liStrong leadership and team management capabilities /li liExcellent stakeholder communication and client interface skills /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills within complex project environments /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution /li liMinimum 15 years’ experience in QA/QC or quality management within oil gas or industrial projects /li liExperience supporting both onshore fabrication and offshore installation projects /li liExcellent written and spoken English communication skills /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pThe advertised day rate applies to independent consultants operating on a contract basis.
