As Delivery Lead Manager at Avanade you own the end-to-end delivery of complex projects in Health & Public Services, with a focus on local public administration. You will lead client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets. You drive process improvements, manage risks, and align outcomes with strategic objectives, delivering measurable value for clients and the business. This role offers meaningful impact through leadership, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service.

- Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget
- Allocate resources, develop detailed project plans, and manage delivery schedules
- Monitor project performance with appropriate tools and report progress and adjustments
- Oversee a team of project managers and delivery staff, providing guidance and mentorship




- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage project risks and issues and communicate mitigations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Strong project management background with experience leading delivery in Health & Public Services
- Proven experience with client relations and stakeholder management
- Leadership skills with ability to mentor and manage a team
- Excellent communication abilities and proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Understanding of delivery processes, methodologies, and quality standards
- Knowledge of risk management and project performance monitoring
