adapa Group is seeking an HR Manager Italy, based at our Gambassi plant, to lead the HR function for Gambassi and Forlì and partner with local management to translate global HR strategy into practical, local execution.

The role covers recruitment, payroll, employee relations, learning & development, and compliance with Italian labor law, with regular travel between Gambassi and Forlì. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with at least 5 years in HRBP/Generalist roles in manufacturing.
