Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As Project Control Manager, you lead the Project Control function on complex EPC projects, ensuring thorough planning, monitoring, and control across all phases. You support the Project Manager with integrated analysis of schedule, cost, progress, risks, opportunities and cash-flow, aligning with contracts and company standards. You drive seamless integration among planning, cost control, document control and risk management to guarantee timely, accurate project control deliverables. - Lead the Project Control team and ensure integration across planning, cost control, document control, and risk management
- Configure project control systems at start-up and develop governance procedures aligned to contract and company guidelines
- Govern WBS/PBS/CBS, project roadmap and schedule with inputs from all project functions
- Monitor progress, schedule, cost, risks, opportunities and cash-flow trends during execution
- Represent the project on Project Control matters to the Client and manage invoicing and progress certifications
- Ensure completeness,



accuracy and timely submission of all Project Control deliverables per deadlines
- Contribute to the final close-out report with performance metrics on progress, schedule, cost, risk and cash-flow
- Bachelor in Engineering (or related field)
- Professional qualifications in Cost Management, Project Management or Engineering (preferred)
- 8–10 years of experience in Project Control within EPC, Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure or Industrial projects
- Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary Project Control teams (strongly preferred)
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French/Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Advanced Excel; knowledge of SAP, Primavera P6, PRISM, Power BI or other Project Control systems is a plus
- Strong leadership, analytical mindset, stakeholder management, communication, proactivity, attention to detail, problem solving
- Ability to work in multicultural and complex project environments
- Travel willingness for project assignments
