Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role, you will shape project cost control across EPC initiatives, ensuring accurate, timely reporting that supports project success and value creation. You will work within the Project Control and Project Risk teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost variations on complex onshore/offshore projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze costs, drive cash flow projections, and support change management. This position offers international exposure, travel, and the chance to contribute to Saipem’s sustainability and safety-driven culture.

- Analyze project scope and contract to structure the Project Cost Breakdown
- Collect and analyze actual, committed,



and forecast costs for estimates and accruals
- Monitor and report cost variances on a periodic basis
- Produce short- and long-term cash flow projections
- Estimate Variation Orders and integrate budgets into the cost control system
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business Administration
- 2–5 years of project controls experience as a Cost Controller
- Experience with SAP and advanced Excel
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting in EPC context
