cosnova is seeking a Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) for a 1-year fixed-term contract based in Milan to coordinate merchandising and POS activities across retailers, support new product launches, and maintain accurate customer master data. You will collaborate with the Italian team and cosnova Headquarters in Germany, monitor in-store execution and brand visibility, and help plan events.

Fluent Italian and good English (B2+) are required; SAP knowledge is a plus and advanced Excel/PowerPoint
