In this role you will drive the development of data center cooling products, focusing on chillers and chilled water systems. You will work within the Thermal Management design team in R&D; to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions for global customers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance market needs with performance and quality targets, and you may travel as needed. This is an opportunity to shape high-performance cooling technology in a growing, global company.

- Manage development of new R&D; data center cooling products from concept to release
- Lead design efforts for new or re-engineered products, coordinating with Marketing, Procurement and Industrial Engineering
- Review and approve product documentation including CAD drawings, specifications, and BOMs
- Deliver fast NPDI responses based on proven platforms
- Ensure projects meet cost, quality, environmental, and time objectives




- Analyze and resolve technical issues within assigned products
- Coordinate with global divisions as needed (mostly North America and China)
- Apply knowledge of HVAC, thermodynamics, and refrigeration to design decisions
- Bachelor in Mechanical/Energy Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience in HVAC/chiller projects or related HVAC work
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration principles
- English: Intermediate (written and spoken)
- Motivation with leadership abilities
- Knowledge of technical norms and standards
- Result-oriented, team player, detail-oriented, flexible
