At Biochem we are looking for a driven sales professional with a passion for healthy animal nutrition who is excited to bring our innovative feed additives to the Italian market. Your Responsibilities:
- Analyzing market shifts and translating them into tailored sales plans
- Helping our clients overcome daily challenges by providing reliable technical support
- Fostering professional, high-level relationships with nutritionists, integrators, and purchasing managers alike
- Collaborating closely within our commercial team
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in agricultural, nutritional, or veterinary sciences, giving you the technical background to truly understand our industry
- Initial experience or a more established track record in agribusiness, animal nutrition, or the feed industry
- Naturally proactive, customer-oriented mind-set, always on the lookout for new opportunities to help our clients succeed
- Outgoing communicator and a true team player who easily builds authentic, long-lasting relationships
- Enjoying traveling and working directly with our customers on-site - from integrators and premix companies to feed producers and distributors
- Speaking both Italian and English fluently
- Genuinely enjoying collaborating in a diverse, English-speaking team with colleagues from different nationalities
