Manager / Team Leader
In this role you will provide expert technical support for drilling BOP and well control gear, both routine and extraordinary maintenance, across Saipem's offshore fleet. You will oversee the equipment lifecycle from design through testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and implementing upgrades. The position requires cross-functional collaboration and travel, including offshore assignments, to deliver reliable, safe well control solutions. You will work to support the energy transition and safety objectives of a global engineering leader.

- Provide specialized technical support and maintenance planning for drilling BOP and well control equipment
- Oversee design, production, installation, and testing phases of drilling and well control gear
- Verify compliance with standards (DNV, ABS, API, Norsok)
and implement upgrades
- Collaborate with Operations, Onboard Personnel, Commercial, and Procurement to ensure system integration
- Travel domestically, internationally, and offshore to deliver on-site support and project execution
- Manage maintenance activities, including routine and extraordinary maintenance
- Bachelor degree (minimum); Mechanical, Automation, Electronic, or Naval Engineering fields
- 0-2 years international experience considered valuable
- Fluent English (speaking and writing) at B1-B2 level
- Technical/IT: Outlook, Microsoft 365, AutoCAD
