You’ll work with planning and unions to align industrial plans with plant objectives, shaping operations in a globally connected eyewear leader. - Oversee department versatility and cross-functional involvement

- Collaborate effectively with plant union representatives
- Master's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or similar
- At least 4 years of experience in highly complex management and technical production environments
