You will own and evolve the global organic search strategy, driving qualified traffic, visibility, and sustainable growth across all digital touchpoints. Your mission is to ensure Costa remains discoverable, relevant, and competitive in an ecosystem where traditional search, AI‑driven answers, and generative engines continuously redefine how customers engage with brands.

- Global SEO & AI‑Search Strategy Ownership You will define and lead an integrated SEO strategy across markets and languages, combining technical excellence, content performance and international SEO. You will guide the evolution toward AI‑driven search paradigms (AIO, GEO), ensuring visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging generative platforms.
- Performance, Insights & Business Impact You will translate organic search performance into actionable insights, linking visibility and traffic to customer acquisition, revenue contribution, and long‑term brand growth. Through data, forecasting, and continuous optimization, you will turn search signals into strategic decisions.
- Cross‑Functional Influence & Ecosystem Leadership You will collaborate closely with ecommerce, digital, brand, content, CRM, IT and external partners, acting as a trusted subject‑matter expert. Your influence will help shape digital roadmaps, content strategies and platform evolutions,



without direct people management responsibility.

What Makes You Unique

- 7+ years of experience in SEO within complex, international digital environments, with strong exposure to multi‑market and multilingual setups
- Proven expertise across technical SEO, content‑driven strategies and performance optimization, with a solid understanding of evolving AI‑powered search dynamics (AIO, GEO)
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to connect search data to business outcomes, customer journeys and commercial priorities
- Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to simplify complex search topics for non‑technical audiences
- Curiosity, ownership and a continuous improvement mindset, thriving in fast‑moving and highly competitive digital ecosystems
- Fluent in English; experience in travel, tourism or cruise industry is a strong plus
- Availabity to travel frequently

- Salary Range: 50.000- 60.000€ based on skills and professional experience and individual incentive scheme.
