Experteer Italy seeks an MTE Engineer Specialist to lead development, validation and industrialization of automated test solutions for new products and mass production. You will work with R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure robust testing across Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional and Software domains.

The role focuses on improving yield, throughput and test coverage, while supporting NPI, pilot builds and ramp-up and driving innovative testing
