Mission
To drive business profitability by ensuring strategic project prioritization through Cost Deployment methodology and identifying key operational areas for improvement. As a strategic partner to the Business Leader, the mission involves leading the Budgeting and Outlook processes and establishing a robust performance management system to facilitate informed decision-making. Furthermore, the role ensures full alignment of financial reporting and internal controls with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Business partner of the non-financial stakeholders to connect the financials and all the other functions to evaluate impacts and opportunities.
- P&L; Management: Lead the managerial P&L;, Budget, and Outlook processes in full alignment with stakeholders and corporate planning guidelines.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide high-quality financial simulations and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
Industrial Controlling & Cost Deployment
- Cost Deployment Mastery: Drive the Cost Deployment pillar by enhancing data collection, refining loss evaluation, and ensuring rigorous projects.
- Support on the cost of product analysis: Bill of material, bill of process and product profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Partner with the technical team to translate manufacturing losses into financial opportunities, ensuring a clear link between shop-floor performance and financial results.
Data Governance & Digitalization
- Data Utilization: Optimize data flows to ensure that "single source of truth" data is accurately updated in systems and effectively utilized for management decision-making.
- Process Simplification: Act as a change agent in Administrative and Indirect processes; identify gaps and propose streamlined workflows through the adoption of new technologies and smart-working models.
Requirements
- Finance, Accounting or engineering degrees
- Experience with cost allocation, specifically related to logistics costs, and adherence to SOPs.
- Understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation of reported values.
- Strong understanding of Operations cost allocation principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in SAP (MM, WMS, SD, and PP modules are a plus).

Contractual & Corporate Compensation
- Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time.
- Applied Collective Agreement (CCNL): Metalworking Industry (Metalmeccanica Industria).
- Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary / RAL): €57,000 – €75,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with the actual experience gained and the technical skills assessed during the selection process.
Contractual & Corporate Welfare & Benefits
- Meal Vouchers: Value of €5.00 for each day of on-site attendance.
- Contractual Welfare: €250/year to be spent on goods and services.
- Supplementary Healthcare: Health insurance (Fondo Metasalute) fully covered by the company.
- Supplementary Pension: Fondo Cometa, with an additional contribution paid by the company (according to CCNL percentages).
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours (check-in/check-out) and Lavoro da remoto arrangements regulated by company agreement.
