This role sits at the intersection of software development, quality, customer experience, and supplier manageme nt, driving quality excellence throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will be a key advocate for the customer, helping engineering teams identify risks early, prioritize critical issues, and continuously improve software quality through data-driven decision

Drive Quality Throughout Develop

- mentDefine and monitor Software Quality Development indicators across all project pha

Your Qualification, Skills and Exper

- ience
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related
- field.More than 10 years of experience in Quality or Project Manag
- ement.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management
- tools.Excellent analytical, leadership and communication s
- kills.Experience with Infotainment, Displays and/or Clusters in an OEM or Tier 1 enviro
- nment.Ability to troubleshoot interactions between on-board and off-board sy
- stems.Strong capability to identify priorities and risks and escrow them appropr
- ately.Fluent English and Italian (at lea
- st B2)comfortable operating in a global environment and reporting to senior manag

ement.
