Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role, you optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes and equipment to minimize labor hours while aligning with quality, efficiency, cost and safety goals. You’ll support production targets by ensuring appropriate methods, cycle times, equipment performance and material readiness. You will design the working sequence for new processes to meet product cost and investment targets, and drive improvement projects from planning to testing. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement start‑up support, evaluate new technologies, and contribute to cost reduction and productivity goals.

- Approve internal or external process designs and conduct final tests
- Support production during process/equipment start‑up and train maintenance/production resources
- Evaluate new process technologies, lead testing activities, set approval criteria and select external providers
- Define action plans and support to achieve process efficiency, quality, and cost objectives
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering
- 2 years manufacturing experience (plus)
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and production process optimization
- Skilled in using ERP systems and production planning tools with hands‑on problem-solving
- Collaborative, adaptable, cross‑functional experience
- Proficient in English and Italian communication with internal and external stakeholders
