Aliaxis is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Casella (GE) production site in Italy. You will lead the maintenance function, shape strategies, manage budgets, and drive modernization and continuous improvement in a global manufacturing environment.

The role requires collaboration with local and international stakeholders, external suppliers, and service providers, and demands fluency in Italian and English. Hybrid work flexibility is offered.
