Opella is seeking a People Operations Lead for Western Europe & Italy to oversee payroll operations, employee lifecycle administration and services governance. You will partner with local and global teams to standardize processes, ensure compliance and deliver exceptional employee experiences across regions.

The role requires transforming payroll services, driving automation and leading regional initiatives. Milan-based with hybrid policy and a base salary of 62,000€ plus premio and benefits.
