PEOPLE is seeking an Outbound Department Manager for our logistics site in the Rovigo province. You will lead the Outbound Operations team, ensuring efficient picking, packing, loading and timely transport bookings in a high-volume distribution center.

Key tasks include monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, coordinating with Transport, Replenishment and Loading departments, and developing staff through training.
