Ngms Macerata cerca un Responsabile Risorse Umane per gestire attività legate al personale notturno, pianificare turni e coordinare assunzioni e formazione. Il ruolo prevede gestione di problematiche legate al lavoro notturno e monitoraggio del benessere dei dipendenti durante i turnazioni.
È richiesto una forte conoscenza del lavoro notturno, ottime capacità organizzative e di comunicazione, con empatia verso lo staff. Contratto a termine e orario pieno completano l’offerta.
