Job Description

To strengthen our Purchasing Department, we are looking for a motivated and organized recent graduate

The Role

The selected candidate, in close collaboration with the Purchasing Department Manager, will be responsible for:

- Managing relationships with Italian and international suppliers
- Negotiating prices, commercial conditions, and supply terms
- Issuing purchase orders and monitoring deliveries
- Planning and coordinating international shipments by sea, air, and land
- Verifying customs duties and Incoterms compliance
- Interfacing with forwarding and logistics companies
- Monitoring warehouse stock levels and supply availability
- Supporting daily procurement and logistics operations
- Supporting sales in communication and information flow as well as in the construction of price lists

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage priorities
