The Social Hub in Rome is seeking a Front Office Host to greet guests, set the tone and guide them through a memorable stay. You’ll manage check-ins, offer local tips and connect guests with events and experiences.

In this role you’ll balance desk duties with lobby energy, collaborate with housekeeping and F&B;, and share insights to continuously improve guest satisfaction. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
