FunctieomschrijvingRandstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a E&P Project Controller for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.We offer an initial 12‑month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.CCNL Mealworking Industry, RAL 34‑35K.Workplace: FlorencePossibility of lavoro da remoto.Key ResponsibilitiesThe E&P Project Controller is a key member of the Equipment & Projects Finance team and works in close partnership with the Project Management organization.The role requires leveraging data and financial analysis to support decision‑making, with a strong focus on process simplification, accuracy, and adherence to controllership governance.Partner with Project Managers to provide governance and control over project costs; Lead Project Margin Reviews to define project margins for revenue recognition purposes; Assess exposures,
risks,and opportunities related to cost estimates and determine the need for reserves; Perform detailed variance analysis versus budgets and benchmarks to identify productivity opportunities; Contribute to strategic digitization and simplification initiatives (e.G. systems implementation, cross‑functional processes, RPA), as a team leader or contributor; Perform other finance‑related duties as assigned.Functie‑eisenTo Be Successful in this role you will:Hold a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or an equivalent discipline from an accredited university or college; Have relevant professional experience, preferably within the finance function of a multinational company; Have experience using financial systems such as Oracle and OBIEE; Have mandatory fluency in English, both written and spoken.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).#J-18808-Ljbffr
