ph3About The Role /h3 pAs an Electronics Engineer, you will design, develop and validate advanced electronics solutions for Versuni’s coffee product portfolio. You will play a critical role in creating innovative hardware and embedded solutions that deliver outstanding product performance, reliability and consumer value. /p pYou will be part of Versuni’s Innovation Development team: an international, multicultural organization that encourages collaboration, innovation and technical excellence. In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with hands‑on engineering to bring high‑quality solutions from idea to mass production. /p h3The Impact You’ll Make /h3 ul liDesign, develop and validate electronic systems, modules and components based on product and consumer requirements /li liDefine and optimize technical solutions balancing performance, quality, reliability and cost /li liLead electronics design activities for new product development and product improvement initiatives /li liDevelop, test and implement embedded software solutions in close interaction with hardware systems /li liDesign, realize and verify electronics architectures and technical solutions /li liSupport component selection, circuit design and validation of electronic boards and modules /li liDrive troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution of technical issues during development and validation /li liEnsure smooth transition from design to manufacturing at scale /li liDevelop and improve testing, validation and quality control procedures /li liCollaborate closely with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to accelerate innovation and product delivery /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives based on consumer feedback, field performance and product learnings /li /ul h3The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical discipline /li li5–8 years of relevant experience in electronics engineering within consumer electronics,
