Bending Spoons is seeking a corporate lawyer to join our Milan team as a full-time legal counsel.

You will support cross-border acquisitions, advise on financing and capital matters, and draft and negotiate confidential, consulting and SaaS agreements while ensuring risk is managed effectively.
