Graduate Area/Shift Manager Delivery Operations – permanent on‑site position at an Amazon Operations centre in Italy. Relocation support will be provided as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team in one of the following FC operational areas: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack or Ship.
Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes to ensure quick, accurate, and cost‑effective customer order fulfillment.
Provide training and integration for new team members.
Set realistic, achievable progress and targets; exercise sound judgement.
