AI-Driven Auto-Generation of Technical Drawings from CAD Models

Politecnico di Milano is seeking researchers for a fellowship to develop and validate an AI-based PoC that automatically generates technical drawings from 3D CAD models of mechanical components.
The project will compare AI architectures to automate views, sections, dimensions, and annotations, while comparing with traditional workflows for geometric accuracy xysqume and compliance with standards; integration with CAD tools via APIs/SDKs will also be explored.
