At the same time, we are committed to innovating and designing new products in line with the values of our Houses, through a process of permanent creativity. /ppbr / /ppstronguYOUR MISSION: /u /strong /ppThe Junior Sales Associate is a fully engaged individual who is committed to contributing to the success of the Vhernier boutique in Venice, with the ambition to grow with the Maison. /ppIf you are looking for an opportunity to enter the world of High Jewellery, and craftmanship and you are curious to learn more, this role has a lot to offer. /ppYour mission will be to promote the Vhernier brand image as per the company’s directives. /ppbr / /ppstronguHOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? /u /strong /ppstrongSales performance customer service: /strong /ppContribute to the boutique achieving its sales targets; br / /ppAssist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand's high standards; br / /ppSupport in cultivating strong client relationships, delivering outstanding client service and treatment; br / providing a friendly environment that includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards and solid product knowledge; br / /ppAdapt the approach according to the client's needs and motivations; br / /ppAssist and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values; br / provide recommendationsthat will provide an exceptional client experience. /ppbr / /ppstrongStock management and merchandising:



/strong /ppProvide feedback in processing and replenishing merchandise; br / participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock; br / /ppActively participate in the visual merchandising of the Boutique implementing required guidelines; br / /ppAssist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping, including cleaning the products and displays; br / /ppAssist in the inventory process, including but not limited to stock counting and special projects as needed; br / /ppAssist in completing price changes within the Boutique when required. /ppbr / /ppstrongBoutique operations and cash management: /strong /ppSupport in sales transactions and to maintain proper cash records at the boutique’s register; br / /ppAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices; br / /ppImplement discounts and gratuities under the supervision of the Boutique Manager; br / /ppComply with all safety regulations and boutique operational procedures including security. /ppbr / /ppstrongProduct knowledge sales techniques /strong: /ppMaintain an awareness of all product knowledge information; br / /ppMaster the brand's sales techniques as per training received; br / /ppAttendance to required training. /ppbr / /ppstronguHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? /u /strong /pp1 yr of previous experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality environment. /ppbr / /ppstrongPersonal Skills/Abilities /strong: /ppFluency in English is mandatory; br / /ppExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; br / /ppConfidence in handling high-value transactions; br / /ppStrong understanding of customer service needs and customer (internal and external) priorities; br / /ppStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision; br / /ppSelf-starter witha team-player approach. /ppbr / /ppstronguWHAT WE OFFER: /u /strong /pulliCCNL Commercio /liliSalary Range (tempo pieno) 29,7K – 31K€ /liliCommission scheme /lili8 euro per Meal Voucher per working day /liliWelfare /li /ul
