As a commitment to operational excellence and a forward-thinking culture, the client is expanding their executive team through the appointment of HR Director/Senior Manager to be based in Bologna, ItalyAbout the RoleAs HR Director/Senior Manager, you will be a strategic partner to the executive leadership team both in the US and Europe, responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies that underpin the company's growth, enable organisational excellence, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
