Stellantis is seeking a Junior Engineer – Driveline Systems to support the development of key drivetrain components.In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end development and validation of driveline components and subsystems (such as gears, differentials, disconnect systems and actuators), working across the full product lifecycle from concept to industrialization.You will operate in a cross-functional environment, supporting design robustness, validation activities and continuous product improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport design and development of driveline components (gears, differentials, actuators)Contribute to system integration in collaboration with cross-functional teamsParticipate in validation activities, including bench and vehicle testingSupport root cause analysis and problem-solving activitiesInterface with suppliers and contribute to technical reviewsPrepare and maintain engineering documentation (specifications, DFMEA, test reports)RequirementsDegree in Mechanical, Automotive or related Engineering field0–3 years of experience (internships or thesis in automotive are a plus)Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and engineering fundamentalsStrong analytical skills and team-oriented mindsetProactive attitude and willingness to learnFluent in English and Italian (at least B2)Nice to HaveKnowledge of CAD tools (NX,
