JOB POSITIONSe sta pensando di inviare una candidatura, si ricordi di premere il pulsante apposito dopo aver letto l'intera descrizione.The Cluster Sales Executive is responsible for business development and revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers, the management of the existing portfolio and the consolidation of relationships with companies, agencies, tour operators and other business partners. The main objective of the position is to maximize the revenues of the hotels that are part of the cluster.The Sales Executive Cluster works closely with the Sales Department and General Management and the operational departments to ensure that sales targets are achieved and customer satisfaction is maximized.MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIESDevelop and implement commercial strategies to increase sales and achieve turnover targets.Identify new business contacts and potential development markets in Italy and abroad in the Corporate, MICE, Leisure and Groups segments.Organize visits to new customers, manage and retain the existing customer portfolio through visits, meetings and follow-up activities.Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts and monitor their execution.Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and availability.Participate in trade fairs, workshops and trade events.Maintain accurate reports of your business with business information, pipelines, and activities performed.Analyze sales performance,



revenue projections by providing regular and detailed reports.Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop commercial and promotional initiatives.Collaborate with the Events Team to plan, coordinate and execute events, meetings and conferences held at the hotel ensuring guest satisfaction.Assist in the development of sales materials, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to support sales activities.Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.Collaborate with other hotel departments to align sales activities with overall goals, share information and coordinate activities to maximize revenue opportunities.REQUIREMENTSExperience of at least __3__ years in commercial roles in the hospitality/tourism sector.Experience in the management of the Corporate, MICE, Leisure and Groups segments.Excellent knowledge of hotel sales dynamics.Strong commercial negotiation skills and orientation towards achieving objectives.Excellent relational, communicative and organizational skills.Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, etc.) and the main CRMs. xysqume Flexibility in working hours and adaptability.Availability to travel nationally and abroadSKILLS AND COMPETENCIESCustomer orientationAnalysis and problem solving skillsProactivity and spirit of initiativeTeam working and cross-functional collaborationEffective management of time and priorities
