Join Huspy as Senior Associate, Marketing in Italy to launch and grow our mortgage brand from the ground up. You will localize global campaigns, build a strong Italian brand presence, and drive qualified mortgage leads through a mix of paid, organic, partnerships, and local initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor messaging and materials for Italian homebuyers and nurture the customer journey. This role combines hands‑on execution with strategic input in a fast‑growing, international environment.

- Support the launch and growth of Huspy's mortgage services in Italy
- Help build Huspy's local brand presence as a trusted mortgage partner for homebuyers
- Drive qualified mortgage lead acquisition through lead generators, organic, social, partnership and local marketing initiatives
- Adapt and localise marketing campaigns from Spain and global teams for the Italian market
- Identify the most effective local acquisition channels, from paid media and SEO to partnerships, communities and offline opportunities
- Create and coordinate social media content tailored to the Italian audience
- Support the development of local marketing materials, including brochures, landing pages, presentations, email campaigns and sales collateral
- Work on educational content that simplifies the mortgage process for Italian buyers
- Collaborate with the mortgage, sales and operations teams to understand customer needs,



objections and opportunities
- Support local partnerships that can generate awareness, trust and qualified mortgage enquiries
- Help organise small events, webinars, activations or local initiatives when relevant
- Track campaign performance, lead quality and conversion metrics
- Use data and market feedback to improve campaigns, messaging and acquisition channels
- Stay close to competitors, market trends and customer behaviour in the Italian mortgage market
- Bring new ideas, test quickly and be willing to get hands‑on with execution

Responsabilità
- 5-6 years of experience in marketing, growth, content, digital marketing or brand roles
- Experience in a fast‑paced xysqume company, startup, scale‑up or high‑growth environment
- Strong understanding of lead generation and digital acquisition
- Good knowledge of social media, content creation and campaign execution
- Ability to turn strategy into action, from ideas to delivery
- Strong writing and communication skills in Italian
- Comfortable working with international teams and reporting remotely
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to review campaign results and identify improvements
- Native Italian and strong English. Spanish is a plus
- A hands‑on attitude: you are happy to build, test, learn and improve
