Experteer Overview

In this role, you bridge Product/Business and Finance to embed new features into Satispay’s financial ecosystem. You lead end-to-end transformation projects focused on tax compliance, billing engines, and front-end finance management, enabling scalable infra. You collaborate with product, engineering, legal, tax, and accounting teams to scope and deliver. You drive automation and improve readiness for new product launches, contributing to a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented finance function. This is an opportunity to shape how finance supports innovative products at scale.

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary Finance stakeholder in product development cycles to define billing, tax, and accounting requirements from concept to launch
- Lead fiscal, VAT, and regulatory compliance across European jurisdictions for new products
- Supervise and optimize billing engine flows for B2B and B2C, ensuring compliant invoicing
- Own and improve financial front‑end processes, ensuring data reconciliation with back‑office systems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax, and Core Accounting to scope projects and mitigate risks

- Identify opportunities to automate manual financial workflows triggered by product launches
- Manage welfare‑related processes and serve as point of contact for related initiatives

Qualifications
- 5+ years in Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Consultant roles focused on Finance Transformation, FinTech Operations, or financial systems implementation
- Solid understanding of financial product flows, billing/invoicing, and VAT logic for digital products/payments
- Proactive mindset to operate in dynamic xysqume environments with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Ability to independently manage complex, cross‑functional projects and ensure finance readiness for launches
- Technical comfort with complex data structures, APIs, ERP integrations (knowledge of SAP S/4HANA a plus), or SQL/data tools
- Fluent in Italian and English
