As
Fleet Sales Support
you will contribute to the Fleet & Remarketing Team’s activities granting a proper performances monitoring on different channels (Leasing Companies, B2B, RAC, Corporate) and reporting.
We want you to:
Provide back-end support for Fleet Sales channel development including daily performances monitoring and coordination of the internal processes in collaboration with cross-functional departments.
Support the implementation and management of Captive programs
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, leasing companies, and Dealers.
Support direct sales activities, RAC (Rent-a-Car) sales management, and logistics operations (vehicle transportation and preparation).
Conduct market analysis on new cars and LCV channels, including sales trends and competitive benchmarking
Support Fleet, Remarketing and Mobility Services with marketing & communication activities (Corporate & Dealer Network).
Prepare and maintain regular performance and activity reporting.
Coordinate test drives and support Key Account Managers for corporate test drive initiatives.
Manage Fleet Car Park activities including in-fleeting, de-fleeting, repairs, and routine maintenance
Coordinate internal and external events (Corporate events, Product days).
Oversee Courtesy Car Fleet operations, including fines, repairs, invoice checks , and Dealer support.
About you:
Bacherlor’s Degree (Master is a plus)
Minimum 2 years ofexperience in a similar role
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
Automotive industry experience as an advantage
