Overview

Experteer Overview In this role you will support Category Platforms (Leather Goods, RTW, Shoes, Tannery, Metal Hardware) by delivering reliable data, analyses, and actionable insights. You will collaborate with platform leadership to enable data-driven decisions on volume allocation, capacity, and supplier performance. The role emphasizes data quality, dashboards, and executive-ready analyses within a multi-brand, matrix organization. This is a chance to contribute to operational transformation within a global luxury group.

Responsibilities

- Collect, consolidate and maintain data inputs across Brands and Categories (volume needs, allocations, reallocations, capacity)
- Ensure data accuracy and transparency as a reference point for reliability
- Analyze volume allocation and capacity utilization to identify risks and bottlenecks
- Report capacity deviations to the Mutualized Production Assets Lead
- Create analytical views and scenario simulations for platform discussions
- Analyze supplier performance data across KPIs for monitoring and improvement
- Develop and maintain platform dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI and Excel




- Prepare executive-ready analyses to support Platform governance and alignment discussions
- Support PMO and procurement leads with structured data and insights
- Contribute to standardization of indicators, reporting logic, and data models
- Support continuous data quality and transparency improvement

Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex data
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; build robust dashboards
- Experience with recurring data cycles (monthly allocation, capacity monitoring, supplier tracking)
- Master's degree in quantitative field (Engineering, xysqume Economics, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Previous experience in data analysis, operations analytics, supply chain, or consultancy
- Ability to translate data into business insights for senior stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, reliable, with strong data discipline
- Proactive and collaborative in a multi-brand, matrix setting
- Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus
