For several international projects to be held in one of our clients, a multinational company based in Rome , we are looking for brilliant candidates with experience as Service Manager (IT and Digital Transformation) :

Qualifications

-

- Degree in Engineering, Maths or Computer Science;

- Engineering or IT background;

- 2 years of experience;

Expertise

-

- Good knowledge of cloud environment;

- Familiarity with SOAP, REST architectures;

- ITIL approach knowledge;

- Strong analysis skills.

Other Skills

-

- Orientation to problem solving and proactivity;

Main role and activities

-

- Creation and understanding of SLAs and KPIs based on the type of service, customer journey and business requirements;





- Definition and design of operational processes for the management and resolution of incidents, service requests and change requests;

- Service team's coordination, designated in the management of incident and issue;

- Problem management: coordination of the various internal and external teams for the resolution of problems and critical issues with a strong impact on the end user and customer experience;

- Service xysqume governance;

- Definition of reports based on technical and business needs.
