As Director, Global Immuno Scientific Affairs, you lead the scientific agenda for the division, translating evidence into strategy and market impact. You collaborate with CMO, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, and R&D; to align scientific excellence with product development and commercialization. You will shape evidence generation, advance innovation, and engage KOLs and academic partners to support global growth. This role offers global scale, cross‑functional influence, and the chance to drive patient‑focused outcomes through science.

- Drive the divisional innovation pipeline with scientific insights
- Shape evidence generation strategies and scientific development plans
- Critically assess literature, clinical evidence, and IVD opportunities
- Support pre‑launch and post‑launch assay activities
- Ensure generation, interpretation, and dissemination of scientific knowledge
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, researchers, and academic institutions
- Collaborate with regulatory, clinical, marketing, and R&D; to align science with product development
- Support successful product launches with scientific programs and communications
Responsabilità
- Advanced degree in a scientific discipline; PhD, MD or equivalent strongly preferred
- 10+ years in Scientific Affairs or related leadership roles in healthcare/diagnostics/life sciences/pharma
- Proven leadership at regional/global level
- Strong track record in evidence generation and clinical research
- Experience coordinating with Regulatory, Clinical, R&D;, and Commercial teams
- Proven ability to engage external xysqume stakeholders including KOLs and scientific societies
- Experience across product lifecycle from development to post‑market
- International/multi‑market experience is a strong asset
